Pages Super Installation instructions: Installing/upgrading supergrid

• In the ACP go to System > Plugins

• Click Install new plugin if you install it for the first time or choose Upload New Version if you already run a copy.

• In the ACP go to Pages > Templates

• Delete all SuperGrid templates if there are previous versions

• Click Upload Templates to install the SuperGrid Template XML file Assigning the Templates to existing Databases

• In your ACP access the database settings by going to: Pages > Databases > [Your Database] > Edit

• Assign all 4 or selected SuperGrid templates to your database: Articles template > Supergrid FrontPage Listing Template Group > Supergrid Listing Display Template Group > Supergrid RecordDisplay Category Template Group > Supergrid Categorylisting

• That’s it! Open the page with your database and check the results.

• Tip: To always have the last grid line complete, edit your database settings and pick a value for the number of records to show which can be divided by 3 for the listing view (e.g. 24) and divided by 3 + 2 for the front page view (e.g. 26). changing settings

• To edit the settings of the SuperGrid templates, open: ACP > System > Plugins > SuperGrid Settings > Edit Using the Block template (optional)

• In your ACP go to Pages > blocks

• Create a new block with the type Database Feeds or open an existing block with that type.

• In the block settings open the last tab labelled Content.

• Pick supergrid in the Template select box.

• Tip: Pick a number for the records of the feed, which can be divided by 3 (e.g. 3, 6, 9 …) Further Questions? • Please ask in the SuperGrid support topic.
